Apartment's geographical situation in Saint Gratien (Val d'Oise district) is just perfect.

It's a 8 minutes walk to train station which leads to main Paris locations as Eiffel Tower (a direct and no worries 25 minutes journey), Saint Michel area, Invalides and all main tube stations.

Of course, Saint Gratien town hall is around the corner.

Enghien les Bains' lake, the Casino and spa accomodations are just a 15 minutes walk.

For Painting lovers, it takes 20 minutes to go to Auvers sur oise (famous for Daubigny, Pissarro, Cézanne and Van Gogh's paintings) and 60 minutes, by car, to Giverny gardens (famous thanks to Claude Monet painting)  

Versailles and Chantilly Palaces are close.
