Below you will find our Terms and Conditions, which are applicable to your rental

 Please read them carefully.

 

1. The Contract
Until the First Payment has been paid, no reservation can be guaranteed. After booking, a contract will be sent to you by e-mail written with your name and with the dates of your reservation. We ask you to print out said contract and carry it with you upon your arrival. Insigning, the tenant declares to be over 18 years old and accepts the Terms and Conditions of this contract.

2. Your Stay
The rental begins at noon and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the dates defined in the contract.

3. Pricing
Our prices are listed excluding optional cancellation insurance. The optional insurance rate is X% of the rental. Optional insurance are offered for purchase upon payment of your reservation. Pricing is subject to change at our discretion up until the moment that your reservation has been confirmed.

4. Payment
We accept wire transfers or cash payment only: Contact us.

A) Reservation Payment:
50% of the rental + optional insurance made by wire transfer.

B) Final Payment :
Payment either made before your arrival with wire transfer OR upon your arrival in cash (Euros only)

C) Security Deposit Payment (400 Euros):
To be made upon your arrival either in cash OR before your arrival and WITH your request by wire transfer


5. Security Deposit
If there is no damage, the security deposit will be fully refunded to you upon your departure or within Seven days if made by wire transfer. If there is any damage, the remaining security deposit will be refunded after 1 month after deducting the amount to cover these damages.


6. Insurance and Cancellation Policy (* *)
You must have cancellation insurance with our company XXX or with the insurance company of your choice.

Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union.

The rate is X% of the total rental.
Taking XXX  insurance, you also warrant fires, water damage, compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice

7. You are Responsible
A) for all deterioration of the property and its contents caused by you or by a member of your group or by one of your guests. You are also responsible for all damages sustained by a third party and which result from an act committed by you or by a member of your group or by a guest invited by you or a member of your group.
B) for the state of cleanliness of the property at the end of your stay. Any violation on your part or on the part of a member of your group can lead to a deduction of your security deposit and even additional costs if the deterioration exceeds the amount of your security deposit.

 

8. The owner is required to
A) Respect the general conditions and not request additional charges unless these are stipulate in the “Special Conditions” of the apartementB) Supply the client with household linens upon arrival.
C) Respect the commitments undertaken with the client during the e-mail exchanges.
D) Return the security deposit upon the client’s departure after check-out.

9. Sleeping Capacity of th Apartement 
In  no case is the number of renters to be superior to the sleeping capacity of the apartement, which is stipulated in the contract. However, a child`s bed can be added as an option if requested (less than 20 months old). Animals are prohibited.

 

10. Price Guarantee
The price of the stay is guaranteed with the approval of your reservation. Water, electricity, heating and taxes during your stay are included in this amount. This price also includes all household linens (except under special conditions).
Any additional costs for the apartement will be specifically mentioned under “Options chapter” below. These “options” will also be referred to in the contract.


Inthe event of cancellation of the rental by the owner, for some cause that is, the owner has to refund his tenant.

 

11. Options
Options available:
A child`s bed (less than 20 months old) for a 70 euro fee covering the entire duration of the rental. Cleaning services upon request (60 Euros).

 The owner cannot be held responsible:

For the temporary defect of equipment, for electricity power cuts, for a water reduction cuts through no fault of his/her own, for loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances independent of his/her will.


In the case that the apartement is destroyed or considerably damaged BEFORE the beginning of the rental, the renter will be notified by e-mail and completely reimbursed as soon as possible.In the case of misunderstanding, the owner will in no case be responsible to the renter for a sum exceeding the total price of the rental.
